What is your return policy? 

At Cailey’s Soulbound Creations, every piece is created with care and intention. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our work, all sales are final. However, we understand that issues may arise and are happy to assist if there is a problem with your order.

Custom & Commissioned Pieces: Non-refundable and non-returnable. There will be approval before your piece is sent, so please let me know if you’d like any changes before I send it out.

Non-Custom Items: Non-refundable. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Custom orders require USPS shipping insurance, which is added to your total. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

For custom orders, we’ll assist in filing a USPS claim, which typically requires photos, tracking info, and proof of value. USPS processes claims in 5–10 business days. Once resolved, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on USPS’s decision.

For non-custom orders, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Cancellations

Non-Custom orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all sales are final.
